Citizen's Award

Honors an individual, corporate entity, or group, other than a public
library trustee or board, who has rendered outstanding service to Indiana
libraries or media centers in their local community, throughout their region, or the state. This award is intended for someone other than a library employee or a library board member.

Minimum Criteria:

-- Must have made a substantial contribution such as, but not
limited to:
A. Physical building
B. Library collection
C. Endowment gifts
D. Voluntary service efforts
E. Fiscal support

-- Three (3) to five (5) letters of support from a mix of the community

Miscellaneous

-- Indiana Library Federation membership not required

-- May be an ongoing or past year effort

Additional Supporting Documentation (Optional)

-- No more than three (3) other forms of miscellaneous publications
with explanation, as needed
