Esther V. Burrin Award

Given for an exemplary project in an Indiana school media program- a program that reflects the involvement of students, parents, teachers, and administrators; or a program that calls attention to the indispensable role of professional staff in providing school media service.

Minimum Criteria:

-- Must be an Indiana Library Federation personal member for the year nominated

-- Documentation and supporting information should:
A. Describe the program
B. Incorporate a statement of need/rationale for the program
C. Indicate involvement of students, parents, teachers, and
administrators
D. Indicate how the program calls attention to the indispensable
role of professional staff in providing school media services
E. Include statistical data, if available

-- Ten (10) to twenty-five (25) items of documentation comprised
of a mix of program materials, letters of support, publicity, and
in-house publications

Additional Supporting Documentation (Optional)

-- No more than three (3) other forms of miscellaneous publications
with explanation, as needed
