2005 ILF Annual Conference Registration Information
Tuesday-Thursday, March 22-24, 2005
Indianapolis, Indiana

Registration is now CLOSED, please Register ON-SITE.

1. To register, complete a registration form and return it to:

2. Please submit a separate registration form for each individual attending. Be sure to return both copies of the form. Please make a copy of the registration form as a confirmation and for your records.

3. Confirmation of your registration will not be sent.

4. To receive advanced registration rates, your registration form must be post-marked no later than
Friday, March 4, 2005. If you wish to attend the conference after the advanced registration date has passed, you must register on-site.

5. Late and on-site registration is available at a higher rate. No on-site registration for meal functions will be available. Non-member conference registration rates are also substantially higher than member rates. Members of ACRL may register for this ILF Conference at the member rate. If you are not currently an ILF member, you are welcome to register at the member rate if you include your completed personal membership application.

6. Certain programs (preconferences and meal functions) have limited seating. To ensure participation, be sure to register early. Registrations containing reservations for preconferences or meal functions must be post-marked no later than Friday, March 4, 2005.

7. Conference planners will make every effort to fulfill the program offerings as described. However, the conference committee reserves the right to cancel or substitute programs as necessary.

8. You are welcome to bring a guest (a spouse or anyone else not normally expected to hold membership in ILF, ACRL, or FOIL) to meal functions. Please include the cost of your guest’s ticket on your conference registration form. If you would like, you may send the name and affiliation of your guest on a separate enclosure with your registration form. We will make a nametag for your guest and include it in your conference packet.

9. The Westin Indianapolis Hotel and The Embassy Suites will serve as the host hotels for this year’s conference. Hotel reservations should be made directly with The Westin and The Embassy Suites.

10. Cancellations for conference registration and special events must be received in writing and must be postmarked no later than Friday, March 4, 2005. At that time your registration and special event fees, less a $10.00 processing fee, will be refunded. No refunds will be possible after Friday, March 4, 2005.

11. ILF conferences are offered on a cost recovery basis. ILF reserves the right to cancel all or any part of an event if there is insufficient registration or for any other reason. ILF is not responsible for cancellation charges or losses incurred due to any cancellations. All information listed in this conference brochure is subject to change.
