CYPD Exhibitor Information

The Indiana Library Federation is sponsoring the 2010 Children & Young People's Division (CYPD) annual conference August 29-30 at the Marriott North Indianapolis Hotel, located in the Keystone at the Crossing area in Indianapolis, Indiana. This will be one of the largest gatherings of Children and Teen Librarians in the state! We hope you will mark your calendars and plan to attend.
After reviewing the feedback from previous years, the CYPD Exhibit Hall will be held in the high-traffic Pre-function space for one day only - Day 1 of the conference, Sunday, August 30. Here is the exhibitor schedule:
Sunday, August 29
Move-in: 9 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (Noon)
Exhibits Open: 12:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
No Conflict Time: 2:00 p.m.; 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m., 8:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
There are also 15 minute breaks between session; being in the pre-function space will allow attendees to walk through the exhibits frequently!
Move-out: 8:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
Table space will be once again at a premium this year. There will only be 30 tables available so be sure to reserve yours early! Electricity and Internet will be available, but must be ordered and purchased directly through the Marriott North.

After the Vendor Show closes at 8:30 p.m., a non-CYPD sponsored event will be taking place, "Librarians by the Lake." Please contact me directly for more information if your organization would be interested in sponsoring or becoming the exclusive sponsor for this event.
Exhibitors who are interested in the CYPD Annual Performers' Showcase, where you can have dedicated time to present your company's unique services to registered attendees, still have the opportunity to partake in this showcase. The Performer's Showcase will take place on Day 2 of the conference, Monday, August 30. Please mark the section on your contract if you're interested in receiving additional information regarding the showcase. Also, please consider donating items for door prizes. This is a great way for your company to get additional recognition.
