The ILF Board presented an update to members at the 2017 Annual Meeting. this report includes an overview of results from 2017 as of November.

Accountability:

The ILF Executive Board of Directors meets in Indianapolis in even months (Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct, Dec). The Board governs the Indiana Library Federation.    

The ILF Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer review the detail of the finances for each month. The Finance Committee reviews financials, prepares the budget and considers related policies before presenting recommending to the by ILF Board of Directors. An outside accounting firm reviews financial statements and prepares the Form 990 tax returns for filing with the Internal Revenue Service.
