Guest Speakers
Susan Akers is the executive director of the Indiana Library Federation. She has worked in both the public and academic library settings in the areas of media and community relations, programming, strategic planning and brand management.
Kelly Young is the president of Baise Communications, an Indy PR firm. In 2007 she was honored as one of Indy's Best and Brightest and received the Edna B. Lacy Community Service Award for her outstanding civic accomplishments. Kelly presented at the 2009 ILF conference with outstanding reviews.
Jenna Anderson is the Multimedia Marketing Manager at the Kendallville Public Library. She has worked in all different areas of media, including television, radio and newspaper. Her background gives her a unique interest in the visual aspects of marketing.
