Officers assume their new roles at the beginning of the calendar year.
The Indiana Library Federation divides statewide membership into four associations based on library type. Each association elects officers and may sponsor programs as the ILF Annual Conference and district conferences, host independent conference and workshops, and contribute articles of interest to their membership in ILF publications.
The Indiana Library Federation also divides statewide membership into eight geographic districts.
Indiana Library Federation members may select one or more special interest divisions. Divisions sponsor programs at the ILF Annual Conference and district conferences, hold independent conferences and workshops on their topic of interest, and contribute articles on their topic of interest to ILF publications.
The Indiana Library Federation Executive Board has created various committees to direct the work of the Federation.
In order to make the change of officers each year as smooth as possible, we ask that the Chair/President of each unit fill out the appropriate "Officer Form" at the bottom of this page and send it to Tisa Davis at firstname.lastname@example.org by no later than November 10, 2013.
