Note: ILF sometimes shares a copy of the registration list with attendees or exhibitors. ILF only shares Institution name, Attendee name and Email address (no other identifying information). Contact Megan if you wish to be excluded from these lists.
Please be aware! Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received by the ILF office in writing by email, fax, or mail and will be processed on the following schedule:
One month prior -- full refund, less $10 processing fee
11 business days prior -- refund 50%
0-10 business days -- non-refundable
In lieu of a cancellation, ILF does permit changes to registrations if you want to substitute one attendee for another. There is a $10 processing fee per change request. If the original registrant was a member and the substitute is a non-member, the additional non-member rates will be applied.
Full refund will be granted regardless of date of notification in the following cases:
Death of participant or member of their immediate family
Participant called to active military service
In an emergency, ILF will allow another person to attend the conference in your place with no additional fees.
