The purpose of this division shall be to stimulate the thinking of the membership by providing a variety of opportunities to learn, share and discuss the application of marketing and planning principles to benefit Indiana libraries. The expectation is that through the personal and professional growth of members, the users of Indiana libraries will be better served through dynamic and customer-focused library services.
We hope to offer a one-day session (late summer or early fall) specifically for those who work in marketing and communications, and there will also be at annual conference a few marketing/communications-oriented sessions. More details to be added soon!
