About 70 individuals gathered on Feb. 3 to envision the future of Indiana's Libraries and ILF. Here is a quick summary of the day, slides of quick review by Lucinda and slides throughout the day by Robert Hoke. Or view ILF structure slide.

TO ALL ILF MEMBERS AND KEY STAKEHOLDERS
As a part of our ILF Work Plan 2016 (described at bottom), we are working to keep our members and leaders informed and engaged in the strategic direction for the Indiana Library Federation.
The Strategic Visioning officially launched on Feb. 3, 2017, though the board and staff have been laying the groundwork since 2015. There are multiple opportunities for member and stakeholder input in the late winter and spring.
