Ind. Library Federation Conference Coordinator - Part-time (12 hrs/wk) - Requires event and/or conference-planning experience; trade show management background and project management skills/experience preferred. Successful candidate will have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office suite, particularly Excel.  Job duties will include:

  • Track exhibitor contracts and assist them with annual conference booth assignment
  • Assist volunteers with district conference planning and catering information, as needed
  • Develop online registration module in NetForum and RegOnline
  • Assist with meeting room logistics, menu planning, and onsite management , as needed, for several small conferences around the state annually
  • Regularly update conference details on ILF website
