All ILF leaders are expected to:

  • Be an active personal member in good standing with ILF.
  • Demonstrate commitment to advancing the ILF mission.
  • Follow and promote ILF Policies and Procedures and nonprofit best practices.
  • Disclose any conflicts of interest (and abstain as needed).
  • Serve as an ambassador for ILF and Indiana libraries.
  • Actively participate in the activities of your leader role (i.e. meeting prep, attendance and follow-up; conference participation; surveys and constructive feedback).
