The purpose of this division shall be to stimulate the thinking of the membership by providing a variety of opportunities to learn, share and discuss the application of marketing and planning principles to benefit Indiana libraries. The expectation is that through the personal and professional growth of members, the users of Indiana libraries will be better served through dynamic and customer-focused library services.

The information below reflects the Division leadership as known in 2017. We anticipate posting updated leadership teams during the first quarter of 2018, as many Divisions have not met recently.
