Indiana Library Federation's 2020 Annual Conference is November 16-18 at the Grand Wayne Convention Center in Fort Wayne. This event welcomes approximately 650 attendees representing all types of positions within all types of libraries. Register to take part in one of the best conferences you will attend all year. Network with current and prospective clients and customers.

Exhibit Booth Overview 

Exhibit booths are 10' wide x 10' deep, with electricity. Booth fees are $800 for corporate organizations and $425 for nonprofit organizations until July 31. ILF offers special exhibitor registration rate of $775 until Feb. 14 (Our Valentine's special because you love libraries.)

The Exhibit Hall Floor plan will be updated weekly, as we assign booth placements in order of registration and receipt of payment. Assignments are subject to change with overall layout.

Exhibitor Kit
ILF is finalizing the exhibitor kit by late February, as additional materials will be ordered through ILF--not through the Convention Center. ILF values its exhibitors as interdependent partners in library services.

 Sponsors Welcome 
ILF is still accepting sponsors, and co-sponsors, at all levels for the Annual Conference. If interested, please contact us for opportunities to sponsor coffee breaks, meals, keynote speakers, special activities or giveaways at the conference.  We welcome innovative ideas that align with our Everyone Counts theme.
