A reminder that if you or your library is setup to pay ILF invoices via ACH, to adequately process your payments in MemberClicks, we need you to take 2 critical steps after your payment:
  1. Email us at [email protected] to let us know a payment has been made via ACH. Please include all invoice numbers included in your payment and the date payment was made.
  2. Please include the invoice number(s) in each ACH transaction to help us identify the payments and mark them as paid in the system. 
These steps will help expedite payment processing, eliminate unnecessary payment reminders, and ensure you and your institution have full member access as quickly as possible. 

Apply for the Management Cohort
