Exhibitor Opportunities

The Youth Services Conference is held each year in large part due to the support of our on-site exhibitors. Booth hours will occur on Monday, August 14. Exact times will be finalized this summer. Here is the booth layout for Central Library.

If you are interested in reserving a booth for both the 2023 Annual Conference (November 12-14, 2023) and Youth Services Conference (August 14, 2023), please navigate to this webpage to register for a discounted rate. 

Sponsorship Opportunities

Those interested in serving as a sponsor of the Youth Services Conference can sponsor one or more of these aspects of the conference on a first-come, first-serve basis:

  • Keynote Sponsor – $2,000
    • Covers the cost of the speaker contract and the purchase of 25 copies of the author's book for attendees.
  • Keynote Speaker Book Signing Sponsor - $500 
    • Sponsor the purchase of $500 worth of the author's books to distribute at the event. 
  • Breakfast – $2,500
  • Roundtable Lunch – $3,000
  • Lanyards - $250
  • Name badges - $250
*A few important notes about sponsorships:
  • Sponsors will be allotted 2 complimentary registrations.
  • All sponsors will receive brand placement in these ways:
    • Email marketing
    • Website advertising

ILF Sustainability Pledge

ILF made a commitment to the “triple bottom line” of sustainability, which consists of actions that are environmentally sound, economically feasible, and socially equitable. 

Please help ILF by pledging to do one or more of the following: 

  • Use low-carbon transportation (rideshare, bike, train, bus) and, when it is not an option, I will carpool 
  • Bring my reusable water bottle and reusable bag with me
  • Use the ILF Youth Services Conference mobile app rather than a printed version of the conference program
  • Use the linen and towel reuse program at my hotel, and turn off the lights and TV when I leave the hotel room
  • Responsibly dispose of waste materials by recycling at the convention center, hotel, and other recycling stations around the city
  • Return or recycle my conference badge holder / lanyard at the end of the conference
