ILF 2022 - 2025 Strategic Plan

In March 2022, the ILF board took the first steps in preparing the strategic direction of the organization. The Midwest Collaborative for Library Services (MCLS) facilitated an all-day strategy planning session, took copious notes, transcribed notes & conversations, and drafted a report. The ILF board members finalized these details during their virtual meetings and an in-person meeting in June 2022, ensuring the work and the direction ILF is going in is best for the organization and its members.
