ILF Cancellation Policy

Below are the cancellation refund timelines. Full conference refunds outside of the timelines listed below are subject to refund on a case-by-case situation. ILF completely understands that life happens and things are often out of our control, so we will always do what we can to work with you. These policies help us ensure we are financially responsible with our event programming as the possibility of these events depend on your event participation and support. Thank you for supporting ILF. If you have any questions, please email ILF Staff.

  • Registration cancellation refund requests between December 11 - February 11 are refunded in full
  • Registration cancellation refund requests between February 12 - March 3 are refunded at 50% of the total registration cost. Unpaid invoices are still expected to be paid upon cancellation. 
  • Registration cancellation refund requests after March 3 are not subject to refund.
  • If you are experiencing an emergency situation, please email ILF Staff and they will work with you. 

If you would like to transfer a registration to another person, please email ILF Staff. Registration transfers are permitted throughout the entire registration period. Registration transfer requests after March 3 are not guaranteed
