Session Details
Need session details or want to download resources provided by the presenter? View/download those items in our MemberClicks MC Member App that you used on-site. The app stays live after the conference so our attendees can easily access information post-conference. We will post session titles and descriptions of each breakout session below very soon. 

2025 Annual Conference
We will back at the Crowne Plaza in downtown Indianapolis from November 9-11, 2025. Registration will launch in spring/summer 2025!

ILF Cancellation Policy

Below are the cancellation refund timelines. Full conference refunds outside of the timelines listed below are subject to refund on a case-by-case situation. ILF completely understands that life happens and things are often out of our control, so we will always do what we can to work with you. These policies help us ensure we are financially responsible with our event programming as the possibility of these events depend on your event participation and support. Registration cancellation refund requests between June 3 - October 6 are refunded in full. 

Registration cancellation refund requests between October 6 - November 8 are refunded at 50% of the total registration cost. Unpaid invoices are still expected to be paid upon cancellation. 

Registration cancellation refund requests after November 8 are not subject to refund. If you are experiencing an emergency situation, please email us and we will work with you. 

If you would like to transfer a registration to another person, please email us. Registration transfers are permitted throughout the entire registration period. Registration transfer requests after November 8 are not guaranteed.
