2022 ILF Annual Conference 

Libraries are the Place to Be! The place to be connected, to be informed, to be welcomed, to be YOU. Join library professionals from around Indiana at this two-day conference for high-quality educational and networking opportunities.  

The conference will offer over 70 educational sessions for a wide range of academic, public, school, and special library professionals. Learn about new ideas to implement in your library, how others have navigated challenges, and what libraries are doing to empower their communities. See a full program listing here.

We are excited to offer these additional opportunities for attendees.  

  • Job Fair to connect employers with job seekers! Will also feature a resume review service.  
  • Preconference sessions, including Rebecca Tolley’s Trauma Informed Approach to Library Services. 
  • Dedicated time for roundtables.  
  • Dynamic Keynote speakers 
  • Book Awards Luncheon, featuring author Tiffany D. Jackson. 
  • An app to keep track of everything!

For the health of all attendees and vendors, masks will be required when inside the conference facility.

Registration Information

Each conference registration includes:  

  • Access to all educational sessions and social functions (unless indicated as invite-only) 
  • Access to Exhibitor Hall

  • Student Rate, Per Day - $25
  • 1-Day - $160
Early Bird (Deadline: September 30):
  • Member - $198
  • Non-Member - $240
Standard Rate (October 1-26):
  • Member - $260
  • Non-Member - $280 
Last Chance Rate (October 27-November 9):
  • Member - $300
  • Non-Member - $320
Onsite Rate (November 14-16):
  • Member - $325
  • Non-Member - $350
All member rates are based on an individual, personal membership.

All registration fees must be paid in full prior to the beginning of the conference on Monday, November 14.

Refund Periods

All refund requests must be sent to [email protected]. Refunds will be processed based on the date received regardless of payment status of the invoice. Substitutions are accepted.
