Where: The Hyatt Regency - Downtown Indianapolis

Beautifully designed and refined, Hyatt Regency is a contemporary downtown Indianapolis hotel conveniently connected via walking tunnels to the Indiana Convention Center and only a short walk from Lucas Oil Stadium. Our modern amenities blend effortlessly with classic design elements, creating a comfortable oasis in the heart of one of the Midwest’s most vibrant cities with many exciting attractions nearby.

Registration

When registering, we recommend these approaches for each type of membership:

  • Individual, Student & Retired Members - Log into your individual ILF account and register yourself. This will ensure you are using the proper discount to get the proper price. 
  • Non-Members & Institutional Members - Submit guest registrations with the institutional member discount code (when applicable) on the 2nd page of registration.
  • Student Members - please select the student registration option farther down the list before you checkout, otherwise you will be charged the full $400 price. 

Registration windows - pricing coming soon:

  • Early Bird: May 18 - July 29
  • Standard: July 30 - September 30
  • Last Chance: October 1 - October 30
  • On-Site: November 8-10

Before registration opens, we will email the institutional member discount codes to institutional member contacts. Presenters will be emailed the presenter discount when their session(s) are accepted via email in late June.

More information about the hotel block at the Hyatt Regency will be available prior to registration opening in May. 

Exhibitors & Sponsors

The Annual Conference is held each year in large part due to the support of our on-site exhibitors. The Hyatt Regency provides a unique opportunity to host a table in its spacious venue, mixed among the sessions and business of the conference, interacting with 100's of library professionals from across the state. You can secure premium booth placement by becoming a sponsor of the Annual Conference.

ILF Cancellation Policy

Below are the cancellation refund timelines. Full conference refunds outside of the timelines listed below are subject to refund on a case-by-case situation. ILF completely understands that life happens and things are often out of our control, so we will always do what we can to work with you. These policies help us ensure we are financially responsible with our event programming as the possibility of these events depend on your event participation and support. Registration cancellation refund requests between May 19 - September 27 are refunded in full

Registration cancellation refund requests between September 28 - November 1 are refunded at 50% of the total registration cost. Unpaid invoices are still expected to be paid upon cancellation. 

Registration cancellation refund requests after November 2 are not subject to refund. If you are experiencing an emergency situation, please email us and we will work with you. 

If you would like to transfer a registration to another person, please email us. Registration transfers are permitted throughout the entire registration period. Registration transfer requests after November 7 are not guaranteed
