For Registered Exhibitors: Check back here soon for the 2026 ILF Exhibitor Service Kit from Smith Expo and the 2026 Specialty Furniture Catalogue. Smith Expo is the General Service Contractor that has been selected to provide furnishings such as additional tables, chairs, carpet, specialty furniture requests, accessories, freight and material handling (shipping). The discounted advance ordering and freight deadline is Friday, November 6, 2026 at 3pm EST. Order forms should be sent to [email protected] and questions may be directed to Mike at 317-362-6890. 

After the conference, you will leave your pre-paid UPS/FedEx labeled packages inside your booth and Smith Expo will take those packages to FedEx/UPS. Heather will be on-site at the service desk to handle any questions onsite. 

An attendee list will be sent with the Know Before You Go email a week before the event. The list will be comprised of registrants who have explicitly stated they give permission to share their information with registered vendors on-site. 

The conference is hosted in 2026, 2027 & 2028 at the Hyatt Regency in Downtown Indianapolis. The address is 1 S. Capitol Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46204. The hotel block will be available this summer.

    • We encourage you to stick around for the evening reception from 7:30-10:00pm.
  • Tuesday, November 10 - 7:30am-2:30pm ET
    • First breakout begins at 8:00am and last one ends at 2:20pm. Our closing session begins at 2:30pm. 

We'll be looking to offer giveaways to attendees who complete the Exhibitor Passport on-site. If you'd like to provide a giveaway item for the activity, please bring it with you to the conference and drop it off at the registration desk.
