If you have not secured your room yet, scroll down this page for the booking link. If you run into issues booking online, please call the hotel directly for more information. Once we are full, we will provide the information for an overflow block at a nearby, walkable hotel. That information will be emailed out and added to this webpage.
Event Details When: November 17-19, 2024 The Crowne Plaza is a historic hotel that offers over 55,000 sq ft of event space for up to 2,500 people. The Grand Hall Ballroom features stunning wheel windows and a barrel ceiling of original stained glass. Walk back in time as you encounter remnants of WWI, such as the wheel windows that were blacked out to disguise them during war, that still appear grey-tinted today. Originally the first Union Station built in the U.S. in 1888, each section of the over 100-year-old building has been converted into stunning spaces. Each area transcends a time gone and passed, yet still rich in acclaimed history.

Please keep in mind that the timing of sessions may change between now and the Annual Conference – we’ll note in the session titles if anything has changed. Click the link HERE to book your hotel room at the Crowne Plaza. The room rate through the Crowne Plaza is $136 per night plus taxes. If you run into issues with the booking link or rooms appear to be sold out, please contact us at [email protected]. We can resolve the situation with our contacts at the hotel. The Crowne Plaza block is almost full. If they do not have availability for your needs, we have setup an overflow hotel block at a walkable, nearby hotel: the Hyatt Place Indianapolis/Downtown. You can book a double queen or single king room for Sunday and/or Monday evenings for $139 a night plus taxes. To secure your room(s) at the Hyatt, you can either:
Exhibitors & SponsorsExhibitor OpportunitiesThe Annual Conference is held each year in large part due to the support of our on-site exhibitors. The Crowne Plaza provides a unique opportunity to host a table in its historic venue, mixed among the sessions and business of the conference, interacting with 100's of library professionals from across the state. You can secure premium booth placement by becoming a sponsor of the Annual Conference. You can see the current list of sponsors here. The preferred Vendor registration deadline is September 1, 2024. Booth selection will begin soon after. Please click here to register as a sponsor or exhibitor. Please note that Premier Sponsorships are SOLD OUT, but there are plenty of Supporting Sponsorships available. Smith Expo is the General Service Contractor that has been selected to provide furnishings such as additional tables, chairs, carpet, specialty furniture requests, accessories, freight and material handling (shipping). ILF Cancellation PolicyBelow are the cancellation refund timelines. Full conference refunds outside of the timelines listed below are subject to refund on a case-by-case situation. ILF completely understands that life happens and things are often out of our control, so we will always do what we can to work with you. These policies help us ensure we are financially responsible with our event programming as the possibility of these events depend on your event participation and support. Thank you for supporting ILF. If you have any questions, please email us at [email protected]. Registration cancellation refund requests between June 3 - October 6 are refunded in full. Registration cancellation refund requests between October 6 - November 8 are refunded at 50% of the total registration cost. Unpaid invoices are still expected to be paid upon cancellation. Registration cancellation refund requests after November 8 are not subject to refund. If you are experiencing an emergency situation, please email us and we will work with you. If you would like to transfer a registration to another person, please email us. Registration transfers are permitted throughout the entire registration period. Registration transfer requests after November 8 are not guaranteed.
