Costs for attendance:

  • Non-Members: $75
  • Institutional ILF Members: $60
  • Individual ILF Members: $45

A few registration reminders:

  • Institutional member contacts were sent the institutional member discount code prior to registration opening for 2026. If you did not receive it, please email us at [email protected] for that code.
  • Guest registration will be available for libraries to register their staff in bulk.
  • For individual ILF members to take advantage of their discount, we encourage them to log into their accounts and register themselves.

The schedule at each site will vary slightly, but generally, the flow of the day will be:

  • 9:00-9:45am: Registration
  • 9:45-10:50am: Keynote Session
  • 11:00-11:50am: Breakout Block 1
  • 11:50am-12:50pm: Networking Lunch
  • 12:50-1:00pm: Group Photo
  • 1:00-1:50pm: Breakout Block 2
  • 2:00-2:50pm: Breakout Block 3
  • 3:00-3:50pm: State of the ILF

Key Sponsor Opportunities
Once again, companies and organizations will have the opportunity to provide a presence at and support our three Regional Conferences. If you are interested in sponsoring and/or exhibiting at our Regional Conferences, please fill out our form HERE.

There are several options available to you:

  • Key Sponsors

    • There are 4 Key Sponsorships available at each of the 3 sites. 

    • Key Sponsorships are $1,000 per location.

      • If you secure a Key Sponsorship at all 3 locations, the cost is discounted at $2,500 total.

    • Key Sponsors receive:

      • A single booth with 2 chairs at each in-person conference

      • 2 complimentary registrations to the in-person conferences and virtual conference

      • The opportunity to give a 60-second verbal plug to all attendees at the beginning of the program at all three conferences. (The virtual conference will allow for pre-recorded presentations.)

      • On-site marketing courtesy of the ILF Staff.

        *Marketing opportunities for the virtual conference include logo on virtual backgrounds, the ability to plug resources/marketing materials on all pre-conference emails, and the ability to set up meetings with attendees for all three locations (Must select all locations exhibitor package to qualify for all conference email marketing.)

      • Your company's logo and website will be featured on the Regional Conference website and in the mobile app. 

      • Free breakfast and lunch at on-site locations.

      • Opportunities to interact with 80-120 attendees throughout the day at your booth, during sessions/registration, and at meals. Plus the opportunity to schedule calls with attendees during lunch and/or after the virtual conference. 

  • Additional Sponsorship Opportunities

    • You can secure the exclusive Lanyard Sponsorship, ensuring that attendees at all 3 sites wear a lanyard with your company's logo, for $1,000.

    • You can secure 1 of 2 Keynote Sponsors, serving as the financial sponsor and namesake behind our keynote speaker at all 3 locations, for $1,500.

ILF Cancellation Policy

Below are the cancellation refund timelines. Full Regional Conference refunds outside of the timelines listed below are subject to refund on a case-by-case situation. ILF completely understands that life happens and things are often out of our control, so we will always do what we can to work with you. These policies help us ensure we are financially responsible with our event programming as the possibility of these events depend on your event participation and support. Registration cancellation refund requests between registration and 2 weeks before the event are refunded in full

Registration cancellation refund requests within 2 weeks before the event are refunded at 50% of the total registration cost. Unpaid invoices are still expected to be paid upon cancellation. 

Registration cancellation refund requests after 1 week before the event are not subject to refund. If you are experiencing an emergency situation, please email us and we will work with you. 

If you would like to transfer a registration to another person, please email us. Registration transfers are permitted throughout the entire registration period. Registration transfer requests 1 week before each event are not guaranteed.
